i have data in this HDD but partition cannot open in win 7 64x when i merge the two partition by miniTool partition wizard
1- is 2tb
2- is 794 gb
when its finished the data was merge perfectly in the HDD but its till me Windows prompts "You need to format the disk in drive E: before you can use it. Do you want to format it .
then The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.
so i opened test disk to recover MFT by this steps
and i made rebuild BS
then the 2nd partiton data lost
plz help i`m freaking out years of working it will disappear
i appreciate your support
and plz step by step guide to recover data and make my partition work again

What is the result if you run "cmd" (right click "run as administrator") and "chkdsk /f e:" ?
If it doesn't work, it's always possible to use PhotoRec but it will not recover the original filenames of your lost files.

i can recover some of it ( the first one partition data ) but i need the other one in there folder is that possible ?

or how to fix this partition with the data that it showed me in minitool ( minaaaaaaa) folder and i can forget about the other one data

MFT and its mirror are perfectly matched win i finished the rebuilding boot sector

The boot sector is damaged. Can you try TestDisk, Advanced, Boot, List ?
If it works, choose BackupBS and confirm.
If it doesn't, try RebuildBS, List, choos Write and confirm if you can see your files.

RebuildBS when i did it before it erased the data in the second partiton i don't want take any risk
for my other data

1-TestDisk, Advanced
2-boot is bad
3- List i have my files already in my drive minaaaaaa folder
4- BackupBS not shown to me before i did RebuildBS
