I can't log in to Windows.

I analyzed the HDD that wouldn't allow me to log in to Windows:

What else do I need to do in order to log in to Windows? I do have the installation disc

Run "cmd" (right click "run as administrator") and "chkdsk /f e:"
What is the exact error message ?

The filesystem is ok. The problem may be
- a corrupted Windows installation that can be repaired by booting from Windows DVD and choose Repair Installation
