List Dissapeared after Scan

#1 Post by rhob242 »

Where does the list of recovered drives go after the scan that took over 24 hours? It found partitions listed in green, was trying to figure out which one I needed to recover and then it disappears while trying to navigate and look at options. Now its scanning again and going just as slow. Why is it doing the same thing again? I should be able to go back to the list it ALREADY found and select the one I want to recover.

You have probably selected Deeper Search.

You didn't explain your problem, file deletion, filesystem corruption, damaged partition table, deleted partition...
Read https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf it explains how to deal with various problem.
