I had problems with windows so I put the rescue disk and it seems it erased the D: partition. I use testdisk and the partition (and most important, the files) are there and in NTFS. But after I boot the computer it doesn't appear (in fact, when I go to disk administration it shows the partition not only empty but in RAW format)

Please copy/paste the testdisk.log file content.
You probably need to run TestDisk, Advanced, Boot, BackupBS, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.

I'm copying all the files from the D partition to a new, healthy 1 TB disc since yesterday. More than 24 hs later it only copied 26690 small (mostly jpg) files (more than 10 minutes per file). It's a 825 GB partition so I guess it will be finished next year.....
I don't want to do anything that might erase, even partially, the data
