Barracuda XT Unable to Find Partition, Drive Ident Wrong

I could have sworn I posted something a few days ago about this, but maybe I was asleep.

I made the mistake of updating Windows 10 a few days ago and when it came back up my 3TB Barracuda XT drive dropped from my drivepool.
I could get it to mount, but it would not initialize. When I ran testdisk I got something like 60k read errors and noticed that the drive is not being identified correctly. The drive model, S/N and size are completely wrong. (See below)

I tried to run seatools as they claim it can fix all kinds of things, but it did absolutely nothing. I'm hoping there is a way I can get it to recognize properly so I can correct the underlying issues and get my data off of it. As it is now, no tools will read it.

Looks like a physical or electronic problem. If changing the cable doesn't fix the problem, you should contact a data recovery company.
Good luck

Unfortunately that's the conclusion I have come to as well.

A bunch of videos aren't worth $500+ to recover though
