Trying to recover HD after merging

Hello, I'm in need of some help to save up my data.
So I bought a SSD, and I needed to merge some partitions from my HD to later convert the MBR to GPT which is the format of my SSD.
But I messed up when doing the merge and my HD isn't booting.
I'm trying to follow the step by step for the testdisk but I really wanna make sure this is right because the deep analysis took like 8 hours to do and I read that if I do it wrong it'll have to start all over again.
Here's some images, https://imgur.com/6AUfbAn this is what I got after deep analysis.
The ones that doesn't say "corrupted" are the ones I marked as P here: https://imgur.com/a/retzDr0
My question is which ones should I change to P and which ones should I delete.
Here's a picture of Windows disk management: https://imgur.com/a/ZxJlDfw
So I had two big partitions, E: with 650gb and another one which actually doesn't show in the image, with 250~gb. (it's named in the testdisk as [Novo volume] and I tried changing it to Primary from Logic, I did this and the merge of the E: with other smaller partitions which had probably something to do with boot, it was like 500mb size partitions...)
The E: is probably one of the first few with big size, but it say it's corrupt. This is the one I really wanted.
Thank you.
