how might I change the beginning purpose of my NTFS parcel inside testdisk? one thing more is it safe in the event that I initially recoup the NTFS "enormous" segment (the one with the records, yet saving all the space), at that point change its size utilizing gparted lastly endeavoring to recuperate the Linux segments utilizing testdisk once more

By "parcel" I think you mean "partition". gparted can be use to resize an existing partition.
Unfortunately it's hard to understand
- what problem you have
- what you are trying to do
Please read https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf it explains common problems and solution.
