Need help with TestDisk on Synology

I'm unable to compile TestDisk on Synology RP2211+. Getting error:
"configure: error: At least one of ncursesw/ncurses/pdcurses/curses library must be present"
I updated ncurses using:
ipkg install ncurses-dev
ipkg install ncurses
But still having the same problem.
I'm willing to pay for consulting help if anyone is available today to SSHto my system and help me recover deleted partition. Please PM me.
