Head/Cylinder mismatch

Hi,

I have a WD 750 hdd that I replaced with my SSD, but unfortunately I'm not able to access any of my data in the HDD anymore. The windows shows the dreaded message asking me to format it.

I used the tool to try to recover my partitions. The thing is that it shows . What should I be doing in order to recover my hard drive. I have little knowledge of what I should be doing with the set as boot partition, Primary, Logical etc.

Would it be possible to upload your screen shot again?
Because I didn't find it.
Otherwise, you can copy and paste the content of your testdisk.log from your testdisk folder also.

Hi!

I just realized maybe changing the disk geometry might work for me, because I kept getting those mismatch messages (except for my OS drive none of the other drives could be detected), so I changed the disk geometry, and eureka! I recovered all my data. Thanks anyway for the great software. Although the DOS interface makes it a bit easier for the novices like me to work with it, it, nevertheless is a good tool and does what it is supposed to. :D
