Hello,
I have a 500GB external WD USB hard disk. Because it was not connected properly into USB port, suddenly it went blank.
Model: WD My Passport 0730
Type: Local Disk
File system: RAW
Used space/ free space: 0

I'm sure It was not encrypted because I disabled it.

I tried running TestDisk but the disk doesn't appear because it couldn't find the correct size.
The disk showing up in Device Manager but not in the Disk Management Console.

Unfortunately it's an hardware problem, to recover your data, you will have to contact a data recovery company.
