RAW I/O external hard drive

#1 Post by IamFamous »

Hi there . i have an Iomega ScreenPlay Hd 1T and the hdd from inside is a 1T Samsung Hd 103Si usb device. The problem is not the data cuz i have recovered all the data with icare, the problem is that i cannot format the hdd. At the moment i use TestDisk ..with the hope to restore the partition and repair it or to do a format after.

There are bad sectors, it's a hardware problem. Don't try to format the disk but replace it by a new one. Use the warranty if it's still possible.
