ExFAT Portable Drive Not Showing

Hi all
I formatted my portable drive to exfat on my pc, and then used it a few times on my Macbook to update files on that drive, which contains only data. Now it is no longer showing up on my computer with Win 7, but it is with my Macbook. It is important to me that I can use the drive on my computer. Can the TestDisk help me to solve this problem while maintaining all my data on the drive, and how? Thanks.
