Repair ext3 with linux swap

Hello. Excuse me. My English is bad because I am from Russia. But i have a problem with HDD with very important information and i don't know who can help me.
I have HDD from registrator with video security record. On this HDD was be file with recording crimes. But when we copying this file to USB-flash there was a software fault. And HDD filesystem was broken. Testdisk found linux SWAP file. It is system record but filesystem with my data (about 950 GB) not found. How i can find this on my HDD?

I have another HDD and format this on my video registrator how i can copy this filesystem to my broken HDD?
