Recover an SD card from a Canon fs300 Camera

I deleted the files and I need to recover the images and video, First - I need the password to unlock PhotoRec. Can you help?
the images & video are of the Nike half marathon runners on APRIL, 28 2013 My goal was to load some of the footage and make the images available on their FaceBook page ASAP -
