Corrupt NTFS?

I suspect a corrupted NTFS on an external HDD connected to a MacPro Intel via USB running Mountain Lion. The drive rotates fine, no bad noises. I've checked and rechecked the connections, cables, etc. I've tried a different enclosure for the drive and also installed it as an external and internal drive in my PC. The drive is not seen anywhere. Not in the BIOS of the PC, not in device manager, not in the OS X disk utility, not in finder, not in OS X system profile. I've run TestDisk and the disk is not visible when it's run on my Macbook Pro. It's not on the list when I click "create". Any ideas on how to get the drive back? I'd like to get the jpg's off the disk that I have backed up there. I can't format it or in any way do anything with the disk. Chkdsk doesn't run either.

Thanks, MJT
