Filesystem Seems Damaged - What Next?

I have a computer with a hybrid solid state and standard HD. One day it started having major issues - would start up and run for a few minutes but then would crash and restart. For some reason, I let it continue to happen as I frantically tried to back things up, and go figure now it doesn't work at all. The act of restarting again and again probably corrupted something or something like that.

I got an external enclosure (USB) and have attached the drive to another computer. I've run testdisk and followed the guide, but I have hit a stumbling point. After Analysing, Quick Searching, and then trying to list my files, I get a "Filesystem seems damaged" message, and I don't know where to go from here.

I also tried to go to the "Advanced" Filesystem Utils, but there seemed to be little to nothing that I could do on that screen.

For some reason it is not letting me upload my fourth image or my log, so I'll respond to my own message and hopefully upload it there.

Any help would be much appreciated! I tried to use PhotoRec to recover the files, but it lost my whole file structure and is an absolute mess to try to go through.

Run TestDisk, Advanced, your partition should be listed as NTFS, choose Boot, RepairMFT.
Does it work ?

I have the same symptoms as the above user.

When I go to: TestDisk, Advanced, I see the partition list as NTFS, but when I choose Boot I do not see the RepairMFT option.

I see this:

Boot sector is: bad
backup boot sector: bad
Sectors are not identical

I tried to rebuild BS but that doesnt work either, it goes through the process of scanning the drive and errors out.

Any other options?
