Novice seeking help...

About a week ago my computer froze and I had to initiate a hard reboot. Since then, I have not been able to boot into Windows 8. I'm using a Lenovo Ideapad Y580 which has a OneKey restore option, but it does not fix the issue. I have tried using windows recovery, refresh, restart, and every option the Windows boot manager gives without success. I finally attempted testdisk and while some things look off to me (C drive with RAW format, a partition starting before it ends, etc.), I am not confident enough to just start changing settings.
When running testdisk, I ran the scans with the default selection, EFI GPT. I thought this was strange but went ahead and ran with the default.
Below is my current partition structure:
I tried running the Quick Search, but it hangs after hitting 100%. I think it is because of the partition that is showing 4877375 to 4877374, size 0:
Any help is greatly appreciated. I also ran testdisk with the /log and /debug commands. It took almost 48 hours to run and created a 10,000 line log file, but I can send that to someone if it is needed.
