It shouldn't take as long.
If it's finished, please upload the next screen.
If a menu List would be available, please have a try to list your files.

I have a bad feeling about this..........
:( will I be able to fix my card/files?

Where do I find the menu list? I'm sure the files still exist inside as I could get some of them off from another recovery software.

Looks like running RebuildBS wasn't successful?
If both sectors, your boot sector and its backup are bad, you'll not find the menu list.
Now it's coming up the next test to check.
TestDisk found during Quick Search a partition which doesn't start at the beginning of your card and ends after the limit.

Confirm in testdisk through, until you see Analyse
Check the menu Geometry and mark cylinder and press enter.
Change the value to 7845 and leave the menu at Ok.
Run Analyse and Quick Search.
If a partition is listed, you can press enter to stop the scan.
Your unrecoverable partition should be listed.
Please press p to have a try to list your data.
If you get a message like filesystem is damaged, please let me know.
All these steps are only intended for diagnosing purposes, your're not going to change anything to your card.
That's why it's not recommended to use the menu write.

Red colored files are shortly deleted files.
If you don't need them, you can press h for hide.
Each white line, which is starting by D, means it's a directory or folder.
You can mark it and use the right arrow on your keyboard to enter it.
Then it'll show you the content.
You can enter each sub folder (if available) and check if your files are listed.
To get back to your previous path/directory you can press q for quit.
Please check your directories and if you get your data listed.
Please let me know.
If yes, you could copy them.
In case, instruction will follow.

It doesn't seem my data are listed. I cannot go into almost all the folders. Only one I could press enter but it said no files or filesystem is damaged..

Unfortunately it looks like your file system is damaged.
You can give PhotRec within the testdisk folder a try.
Please scan the whole space.
PhotoRec doesn't keep file names and directories.
But it's ok for images and maybe video files.
At least you can check it.
It uses your testdisk folder and creates folder like recup_dir.

Please let me know.

I was actually scanning the card with photorec while seeking help. It wasn't done yet. But I notice most of my photos got duplicated into many many files, one is the actual size, others are small files but they are using the same photo thumbnail.

Is that normal?

Might be an improvement to use the option FileOpt.
Pressing s deselects all file types.
So you can choose what kind of files do you want to recover.
For example jg and mp4 etc..
Some file types are packed into file type families.
