I ran chkdks many times but it's not the system that's faulty, it's the boot sector! "CANNOT READ BOOT SECTOR".

How do i fix the boot sector then?

It's unusual that you can't write a valid boot sector?
Although your boot sector look ok, chkdsk still displays it as not readable.
Even rebuild bs didn't change anything?
Might be possible that you've bad sectors?
Can you check your disk using crystaldiskinfo?

Please use the portable version because the windows installer contains the adware Open Candy.
In your case it might be advisable to copy your data.
Would you get a HDD for datarecovery purposes only?
If you have bad secors, you should consider to replace your disk?
Do you've still warranty?
But it's only in case if you've bad sectors.
If your disk is ok, you could reformat it and copy data back.

Okay, crystaldiskinfo highlights that the problem is "Reallocated sectors count" and "Current pending sector count". They are both in yellow (Caution health status).

Each disk contains some spare sectors.
For example, chkdsk discovers bad sectors and tries to copy available data to spare sectors.
Bad sectors will be marked and not used anymore.
If it doesn't work, you'll get the message about the amount of sectors which are reserved for reallocation and the pending sectors which are affected.

If you experience such problems, you should backup/copy your data first.
It's not recommended to stress your disk before recovery.
After backing up your data, you can run a diagnose using the diagnose tool from the manufacturer.
Also, there is a free version of hdtune (not the pro version) available to run an error scan which scans the whole disk surface.

I think this is all getting a bit too difficult for me, i think i will just copy my files to another hard drive and try to format this one.
