qemu raw image repair

Hi Everybody!
I use proxmox VE kvm virtualization 3TB hdds xfs filesystem host on raw images guest.
My problem is that I delete it from the server to the virtual guest , but was a backup, but in the meantime saving server disk is damaged , defective -sector , it is now the location of the virtual server is initially stored in the client trying to restore this disk image . You can solve this type of recovery ? Someone already did that?
