Can't move disk from Parted to Win and back again.

My problem is this, when I take my 3T WD drive out of Parted magic to look at what it has found for me because I can't find something in there to allow me to look at the image that it has prepared. I look at it in windows with other program and then boot back up to Parted and then it says can't mount cause windows has cache files on the disk. How can you get this drive to work in Parted or fix it so it will. I have tons of recovered files on this drive now so can't mess it up not knowing how to proceed.
