Windows stopped reading HDD

Hello all,

I think my file system got corrupt.
I have a Toshiba 3TB DT01ACA300 used as "storage only" (This drive has the issue)

I re-installed Windows 7, disconnected and reconnected the Toshiba 3TB:
- Under Computer there's no drives displayed for the Toshiba 3TB.
- Under Disk Management I see the partitions but they show status Failed and one of the Disk are now RAW.

What part of the teskdisk.log file should I paste here??

Please post the testdisk.log file content after checking this disk using TestDisk.

The log file was way too big to paste here. I got this message when I pasted it "Your message contains 525704 characters. The maximum number of allowed characters is 60000" What can I do?

TestDisk shows a long list of partitions.
If you want to recover the partition named "White Sox", use the arrow keys to set this partition as P(rimary).
You can do it by example for the following 2 partitions (check before if you can list the files):
P MS Data 2048 4294965247 4294963200
P MS Data 4294973440 5839181823 1544208384 [White Sox]
On next screen, choose Write, confirm, Quit

1) I don't know how this works but I hope to fix this entire HDD and see it as it was before the filesystem got messed up. There were a total of 3 partitions. There was a partition named Blackhawks that I want to see again. It was approximately 2TB in size. Can I fix this partition?

2) FYI Back when the HDD got broken, Windows started to format it and I quickly cancelled the format; oops!

Try to find the correct partitions in the list. If you find at least 2 of the 3 partitions, it may be possible to recreate the last one using TestDisk and recover the data using PhotoRec.
