Hi forum. Here is the thing. I was installing Lubuntu while fogetting to unplug my USB disk. I didn't perform install on this disk, just lubuntu install program possibly probed all disks I have and hanged probing my USB drive. I then exited. Now my USB disk cannot be mounted. Here is what I got when I try to mount it:

Error mounting /dev/sdc1 at /media/digger/FreeAgent GoFlex Drive: Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000,dmask=0077,fmask=0177" "/dev/sdc1" "/media/digger/FreeAgent GoFlex Drive"' exited with non-zero exit status 13: ntfs_attr_pread_i: ntfs_pread failed: Input/output error
Failed to read of MFT, mft=17625 count=1 br=-1: Input/output error
Inode is corrupt (5): Input/output error
Index root attribute missing in directory inode 5: Input/output error
Failed to mount '/dev/sdc1': Input/output error
NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows
then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very
important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate
it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g.
/dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
for more details.

I scanned the disk with TestDisk and it says that structure is ok. Now I am not sure what are my next steps. Please advise. Thank you

Can you run a diagnose using TestDisk / Analyse / Quick and if nothing would be found, Deeper Search too?

I did quick analyse and it says structure is ok. I'll do deeper Search and report back. Thanks

Structure Ok has no significance.
Can you copy and paste the content of your testdisk.log into your next post?
You'll find it within your testdisk folder.

Right now I run deep search. It appears it'll take very long. Right now I run TestDisk with no logging. But when I finish deep search and decide to run TestDisk with logging, where are this program's folder is located? I am running Lubuntu.

I'm not as much a Linux tech savvy.
If you donĀ“t find your logfile, you can upload a schreen shot instead of.
But it's only important if a partition is found and you should have a try to list your files.
At least a screen shot from Analyse about your current partition structure (partition table) and Quick Search would help.
If nothing would be found Deeper Search also.

Here is what I got after deep search:

TestDisk 6.14, Data Recovery Utility, July 2013
Christophe GRENIER <grenier@cgsecurity.org>
http://www.cgsecurity.org

Disk /dev/sdc - 2000 GB / 1863 GiB - CHS 243201 255 63

The harddisk (2000 GB / 1863 GiB) seems too small! (< 2809 GB / 2616 GiB)
Check the harddisk size: HD jumpers settings, BIOS detection...

The following partition can't be recovered:
Partition Start End Size in sectors
> FAT16 >32M 164717 32 58 341591 84 56 2841468020

Here is a screenshot. As you can see, we can see the directory, however I don't know how to list files. If I press Enter on a directory, it does nothing.
