WD Black 3tb became RAW

Hello testdisk team, I need to be saved! I've heard many good things about testdisk but I can't manage to fix my filesystem. Suddenly my WD Black 3tb (internal,GPT and no partitions) became RAW after it woke up from sleep mode. Everything was normal and I didn't put any pressure to the disk, only using it as storage of important files and videos (data of 12 years!!). I managed to recover some files with other programs but many of them are corrupt and the filenames...you know..
So,I did these things after following some instructions on web.I analysed the hdd twice from Drive S :3000/2794 but it shows two L FAT12 partitions. Before that there was a warning about 0xAA55. At the second analysis I went to the first L FAT12 and somewhere I pressed write (I thought it was about write the structure so I can read the files, and then whenever I analyse the disk it shows an extra E extended LBA. I hope it didn't create more problems.
How can I save the disk as it was before?I think I need a step by step walkthrough cause I got tired of trying things I don't know.I don't mind if some files get corrupted,I only wish to see the files and folders where they belong so I can recover them. Also..lets say I can/can't save my data, will I be able to return this disk from where I bought it?Or they will format it and say its ok now?I don't risk again buying 3tb drives for important files..
Any help would be appreciated! If all go well,I will surely donate for your efforts! Thanks in advance.
