Filesystem damaged

Hello,

I did a resize of external drive mounted on my system partition /dev/sda which structure is :

Analyse Disk /dev/sda - 60 GB / 55 GiB - CHS 7297 255 63
Geometry from i386 MBR: head=255 sector=63
NTFS at 0/32/33
Current partition structure:
1 * HPFS - NTFS 0 32 33 3838 123 61 61663232
2 E extended 3838 156 29 7297 51 50 55562242
5 L Linux 3838 156 31 7297 51 50 55562240

My system partition gave me IO errors when i was on session, and wont boot anymore
it's an ssd drive
