Repairing boot sector/testdisk
How long should this option take? I have an HDD with a boot sector that seems to consist of zeros. I've tried to rebuild the boot sector with testdisk but after many hours it seems only a fraction of the way through the task. I say 'the task' but the onscreen message says 'searching mft' (or similar). Should I give up?
