Repair HD

Hello, I have a notebook that sudently stopped boot, I am getting windows blue screen when it try to startup and it try to perform a chkdsk /R but always fails.
So I'm not sure what option of the TestDisk to use to try fix this problem, I have really important files that I need to get from that HD, so actually my first point is to get those files, then I want to try repair this problem.
Anyway, I performed a Analyse scan and after hours running(3 +-), it just showed only one "Linux" partition (marked as "*"), but I remember it had 2 partitions, it's a Dell notebook, so it has a partition for their softwares(I guess, cuz i dont see any file in there), so I used the "Deep Search" function and that's the result I'm getting for now: http://s23.postimg.org/3juddf3q3/error1.png
It's showing a lot of Linux thing and this "[Data]" tag, I was running Windows 8.1, so I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing hahaha
Here is a log that I found in TestDisk folder: http://pastebin.com/2qMVvXV0
I would be really happy if I could just open the HD as a pen drive just to get specific files from it, I'm using the PhotoRec, but all those folders and files with "random" names won't help me that much to be honest.
Could you help me? What exactly should I run to get some files from that HD and if possible, how to repair it.
