I purchased a Toshiba 5TB external drive. After transferring roughly 1TB to the new drive I ran into a problem with my cursor. The next thing I knew a window opened with the word "format" in big letters. By the time I got control of my cursor to cancel the format, I found that my new drive was empty. A friend recommended your program and I've downloaded it, but I don't know how to use it to recover my data.
