No partition found

Hi,
my USB stick (4 GB) with important data is not working anymore.
Scanning does not find anything - first it says no endmark and deep scanning delivers nothing either.
Then I tried RebuildBS after having chosen none as format at the beginning. For all types (Fat32, ..), this is not succesful (Message: Can't find cluster size).
In the log file (see below), an I/O error is also reported.
Apart from that, I have tried numerous data recovery tools, but they all find nothing.
Is there anything else I can try or do I have to consider that stick as lost?
