Recover File Structure

I have an SSD that was used with a Blackmagic Cinema Camera and got corrupted.
After transfering SSD 1 the disk was taken out of the reader without being ejected and SSD 2 was put into the reader.

Now SSD 2 has the file structure of SSD 1 on it and I can not access the files that should be on it.

I've ran Photorec and it found some files but it's just a couple seconds of each video and not nearly all files.
with Testdisk I saw the the sector size is false and I restructured it but I'm not confident enough to write it onto the disk.

Some guidance on the subject would be much appreciated

When using PhotoRec, choose [Whole] instead of [Free] as the FAT table may contain the information from the other memory card.
