How to recover data from micro SD that doesn't recognize by PC

Hi everybody.
I have a micro SD from my cellphone. This morning failed. I tried to recover the boot data with recuva, Bootice, and others. But anyone can see the micro sd as a disk. Please i need to recover my data. It belongs to my studies.
