Recover corrupted harddisk

Need some advice as I tried to recover my damaged/corrupted harddisk to no result.
Initially, have done checks and ensuring harddisk remains NTFS instead of RAW via cmd, chkdsk /f /r but failed due to insufficient disk space.
At times, trying to access the harddisk, I will encounter folder or file inaccessible due to "access denied", "location not found" and latest is "function incorrect" after going through Testdisk with the below system fault.
Tried Advance as nothing can be done through Analyse.
The List didn't show all the folders, all the folders are missing. How can either I copy and backup the files in the hard disk to the computer or revive my harddisk?
