Recover corrupted harddisk

Need some advice as I tried to recover my damaged/corrupted harddisk to no result.

Initially, have done checks and ensuring harddisk remains NTFS instead of RAW via cmd, chkdsk /f /r but failed due to insufficient disk space.
At times, trying to access the harddisk, I will encounter folder or file inaccessible due to "access denied", "location not found" and latest is "function incorrect" after going through Testdisk with the below system fault.

Tried Advance as nothing can be done through Analyse.

The List didn't show all the folders, all the folders are missing.

How can either I copy and backup the files in the hard disk to the computer or revive my harddisk?

Can you try using latest version 7.1-WIP ?
If TestDisk doesn't list your files, check the Recycle.Bin and .Trashes directories.
If your files are still missing, use PhotoRec, choose [WHole] instead of [Free] after selecting the partition.

Thanks and have tried to use 7.1. Still need your help to kindly advise.

However, when I opened up the photorec_win, it leads directly to selecting the media and straight to a directory to recover lost files.
I am unable to proceed to "Advance" and proceed for a backup.

Thank you.

For the first solution, Use TestDisk Advanced, List
Only if it failed, use PhotoRec.
