Unable to access files on 32GB MicroSD card

I'm suddenly unable to access any of the files on my Kingston 32Gb microSD card.
Windows asks me to format the drive and the Disk Management recognizes it as a RAW file system rather than the FAT32 which I believe it was.

I've been using Test Disk and PhotoRec (7.1) all weekend looking at various tutorials but I've not had much luck.

TestDisk and PhotoRec are not recognizing the actual size of the drive, instead it's showing 251MB
Disk /dev/sdb - 251 MB / 239 MiB - CHS 30 255 63

Here's what I've tried so far and what the outcomes were (please also refer to screenshots):

1. Select Drive > Intel partition > Analyse > Quick Search
Partition sector doesn't have the endmark 0xAA55
No partition found or selected for recovery

2. Deeper Search
Read error at 8/235/36 (lba=143360)
No partition displayed.
Options shown: Add partition, Load Backup, Enter to continue

3. Select Drive > Intel partition > Advanced
No partition available

4. Select Drive > None partition > Type > Fat32 > Boot > Rebuild BS
Ran for over 15 hours and then message appeared - Cannot find sector (or something along those lines).

So far I've not seen any files to be able to copy.
I've almost given up now and thinking the data is gone.

If someone could please help I would really appreciate it.

The reported capacity is wrong. The electronic is probably damaged. You need to recover a data recovery company...

So the TestDisk software (or any other software) wont help?

Unfortunately software solutions can not help.
