I have a usb sandisk ultra 64gb and i used to format it using quick format without problem but when i format it with normal format (Quick Format Unchecked) where it takes 10hrs+ it failed and when i going to use quick format it said that the disk is write protected then i start searching repair for write protected error and all of it didn't work on my usb and still write protected but i saw someone recommend to use testdisk and i thought my usb will going to be fixed but there's a error testdisk showed and still again it can't be writeable. please see my screenshots below.

Start Windows in safe mode, disable your antivirus.
Run TestDisk, Advanced, select the partition, Boot, BackupBS, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.

If it still doesn't work, it may be due to bad sector, try to copy your files using TestDisk, Advanced, select the partition, Boot, List.

I tried it but sadly there's still the error saying "Write error: Can't overwrite NTFS boot sector" in backup BS and "Can't open the filesystem. Filesystem seems damaged" in list.

It may be safer to use another disk to store your data...
If you have data to recover, try PhotoRec on this disk. Unfortunately it will not recover the original filenames.
