An application formatted my 32TB Raid 0 to a Mac OS Extended Journal. Is it possible to revert back to the previous Raid format?

You can try to recover the previous partition, it will mainly depend on how much data have been overwritten by the HFS+ filesystem.
Try https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf chapter "Recovering deleted partition using TestDisk"

First off, thank you for writing this software. I am humbled that you took the time to respond.

Ok I followed the procedure listed in
9.5 Analyze current partition table
I am presented this screen. After a deep search a few (I stopped it because I wasn't sure and it was at 0% after two hours. I am not sure what to do. If it helps its an Areca TB2 Raid of 32TB.

Same filesystem before and after your reformat the partition, it's not a good situation. You can try to recover your data with PhotoRec but it will not recover the original filenames and sorting 32GB will be horrible.
