Newbie, PLEASE help

Hi, I apologise, I'm sure this has already been answered before, but I've looked extensively for someone else with the same problem, but couldn't find anything.

External usb 1tb WD My Book was plugged into my laptop,
My WIN7 Laptop battery no longer holds any charge,
The laptop power cord was accidentally unplugged, Laptop switched off instantly,
After rebooting got the "disk needs formatting" error message.
(I did not format it)

Got a new laptop - WIN 10
Plugged in the Eternal Hard Drive, same thing,

Ran TestDisk - Analyse,
Hit P,
No Joy.

Ran Deeper Scan,

What do I do Now ?
How can I fix the file system ?
Surely I haven't lost everything simply from a sudden loss of power ?
Here is my LOG for further details.
PLEASE help. there are a many InDesign files on here that rely on linked files, so filename and folder structure are critical. Recovering hundreds of thousands of renamed files in random folders is not an option.

Go in Advanced, select the partition, use type to switch it to NTFS, Boot, RebuildBS, List.
If you can see your files, choose Write, confirm, Quit and post the new log file content.
