Hello,
I've got an issue on my laptot with corrupted MFT. I am unable to boot into windows. I've tried CHKDSK so far to repair it but it did not work.Please see the photo below for more information.Is it possible to repair it using TestDisk ?

Try TestDisk, Advanced, List to copy the files.
If it doesn't work, use PhotoRec. It will not recover the original filenames but you will get your data at least.

Thank you for your reply but I don't know how to do that.Can I run TestDisk from USB stick as I'm not able to boot into windows and then copy the files to the USB ? I was able to find some instructions but I'm not sure if they're still valid :
Create an MS-DOS bootable pendrive with Rufus
Download Dos/Win9x version of Test Disk
Select all files and copy those to the bootable MS-DOS pendrive
Boot from the USB pendrive. DOS will be loaded and you will see a C:> prompt. Type testdisk.exe and press enter to run TestDisk
Or is there another way to do it ?
