[Problem] WD USB HDD - fileformat RAW [4TB]

#1 Post by 71m363nd3r » 25 Apr 2018, 17:50

First thank you Christophe for this amazing tool.

Let me explain about 4months I formatted my HDD to exFat (Windows 7_64bit) UEFI-GPT, the I used it with my NAS like external HDD. Till one day the electric break shutdown the NAS system and the HDD disappeared.

Now I see the files in list file, but there are errors in it. What to do about it?

Use chkdsk to try to repair the filesystem. See https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf for details.
