USB Flash Drive reporting wrong capacity, no files can be found

Hi guys,

I need your help repairing an old 64mb usb flash drive which contains some files that I seem not to have anywhere else (yes I know, backup...).

I have tried multiple tools (diskpart, easeus, etc.) to no success. in fact, easeus and others similar to it do not even find the drive which is shown as RAW under Windows.
These tools do not find the remaining 58mb, they only show 8 mb out of the 64 mb.
Moreover, I cannot even quick format this partition. I have tried using windows and hp tool.

I am going to attach the screens of testdisk and photorec.
Since I would like to recover data from the flash drive, low level formatting is not an option.

Can you please walk me through the process of recovering original size and the contents of the drive?

Thank you and best regards,

You can try PhotoRec on the PhysicalDevice corresponding to the USB flash disk, but if the reported capacity is wrong, it may not work.
