Corrupted partition name and incorrect partition type?

After trying to recover the deleted boot partition after a failed windows install where the HDD was needed to be present in order to boot into Windows that was installed in a SSD partitions got messed up.
The drive used to be NTFS, never used HFS partitions on it.

Structure: Ok.  Use Up/Down Arrow keys to select partition.
Use Left/Right Arrow keys to CHANGE partition characteristics:
                P=Primary  D=Deleted
Keys A: add partition, L: load backup, T: change type,
     Enter: to continue
HFS blocksize=16777216, 450 GB / 420 GiB
Anything could be done to recover the old partition layout or should i start running photorec to recover the files?

Do you had one or 2 NTFS partitions on this disk ?
Can you try to list the files from the last partition ?
Please provide the full testdisk.log file.
