Unusable USB after interrupted chkdsk /r

It looked like common issue but I couldn't find any topic with such case. The chkdsk /r was somehow interrupted on JetFlash 500 8GB (possibly bad USB ports connection), after that it is still detecting as storage USB device, but with no access, no partition, it slows file explorer, can't even say if it is RAW or not because disk managment takes ages to connect to "virtual disk service". Device manager recognizes it as normal JetFlash 500 8GB device and after about 20 min it can even say it has ~7700 MB disk space, but 0 allocated.
Testdisk gives me this:
I can't list files in the "Quick Search" found partition because of "Can't open filesystem. Filesystem seems damaged.", it also doesn't have a backup. "Deep Search" takes 2 hours to analyze 11/~980 cylinders, so idk about it, don't have 2 lifes for this to end .
I can list files using "Advanced", and I even have restored (some) files (~1 GB) after 3 full days of recovery process (!)... Every action with this usb takes ages in current condition.
Please help me, I think that on hardware level this USB is ok, just chkdsk messed up filesystem/sector map and it can be restored with all data, but idk what to do next.
Testdisk gives me this:
Code: Select all
Main menu:
Disk /dev/sdd - 8103 MB / 7728 MiB - JetFlash Transcend 8GB
CHS 985 255 63 - sector size=512
Analyze:
Partition Start End Size in sectors
1 * HPFS - NTFS 0 32 33 985 46 21 15824896
Bad sector count.
Quick Search:
Disk /dev/sdd - 8103 MB / 7728 MiB - CHS 985 255 63
Partition Start End Size in sectors
>* HPFS - NTFS 0 1 1 985 254 63 15840027
