You have read errors that seem to affect the MFT as well. I can't tell how much your recovery company can compensate that error.
If they can't they are forced to apply photorec-type methods - maybe they simply run Photorec?!
The outcome of Phtorec is affected by your defragmentation level which can not be evaluated from this log file. Furthermore you would have to combine that outcome with ddrescue information to be able to determine files that are necessarily dammaged because of unreadable sectors.
