bad CPU type in executable

#1 Post by George4 »

Hello,

I have installed TestDisk with Homebrew but when I try to run PhotoRec i get the error :

zsh: bad CPU type in executable: /Users/workstation/Desktop/testdisk-7.1/photorec

I get the same error when trying to run TeskDisk as well.

I am using a 64bit mac with Catalina version 10.15.4

Thanks in advance!

Use the testdisk version installed by brew instead of using the version manually downloaded .
