Unable to run Potorec or Testdisk on mac. Account has admin /root priv .
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

sudo: /etc/sudoers is world writable
sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting
sudo: unable to initialize policy plugin

As root in a terminal, run "chmod 440 /etc/sudoers" to fix the permissions.

got error
chmod: Unable to change file mode on /etc/sudoers: Operation not permitted.

Any other suggestions? thank you
