How to recover the earliest written m2ts file ?

Hello,
I unexpectedly formatted a SDHC card that was containing some AVCHD videos file (format .m2ts)
I formatted it using my sony cam function.
Since this format, I didn't use my cam, so no new data was written on the card.
But, photorec doesn't see these files when it performs a scan. What's strong ?
I activated m2ts in search option.
Help me to recover video of my little daughter on her bike for the first time ...
