Unfortunately it looks like your file system is damaged and you wrote about 4 GB into your file system.
If your previous file system has been FAT32 so your backup of your boot sector has been sector 6.
It looks like, that your backup of your boot sector is overwritten also.
In this case you need data recovery software.
You can test PhotoRec.
It doesn't keep file names and directories but it can handle large disks.

You can use the menu File Opt to specify what file types you want to recover.
Easily press s to deselect all file types and activate only your required ones.
