Final Cut X support?

#1 Post by robotobor »

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a developer's version of photorec that supports the .fcproject extensions. Final Cut X uses that extension instead of .fcp (which is already supported). I could try writing a custom file type, however, I thought somebody might already be working on this because Final Cut X has been out for a year now. Does anybody know if that file type is supported in a developer's release of some kind?

I attached the two types of files associated with Final Cut X Projects. The extension .fcproject is used for the actual project files and the .fcpevent file type contains information about how the associated movie clips are organized. Please let me know if you think those file types can be recovered somehow.
