I need to recover a .wd2 info select database file and am not good enough with programming to figure out how to correctly add the custom extension. Has anyone done this? The raw recovery utilities I am using are recovering the other files but now the .wd2.

If needed, please send a a zip archive with 3 small wd2 files. I will see what I can do.

Create a photorec.sig file with

Code: Select all

wd2 0 "ISW WD2.00U"
Please tell me if it works as expected

Thank You. I will try it. Is it ok for me to use notepad to create the file with just:

Remove the line "CODE: SELECT ALL"
