After taking several pictures and videos, some of them were deleted and new pictures and videos were taken. The new files were fragmented. When PhotoRec recovered the video f18443712_ftyp.mov, the correct filesize was detected but because you disabled the jpg format, instead of recovering 2 jpg and a video, PhotoRec had recovered a video with 2 jpg inside instead of the correct end of the file.

Okay, I think I got what you tried to explain.
But sadly it doesn't change the fact that the outcome is the same. I tried a recover with All files enabled and the same files still won't play. Is there a way to maybe remove these extra jpg's within the .mov files that you're talking about to make the files playable?
