RECOVERED video files BUT can't play FIles (:-

Hi,
I had recorded video files on 64GB CF card, than by mistake formated the card in camera and recorded some RAW files on it, however the RAW files were not deleted or Formated again, so I decided to recover all lost VIDEO files and gor entire 50GB of files back in mov format.
However, the filesize ranges from 50mb to 150 mb but when I try to play these files, it shows only 5-6sec audio and complete video is blank.
Can somebody please help how can i get these video files to work, These video were from a wedding and I will be in deep shit of they dont get recovered ..
